Voluntary participation

Participation is voluntary. Before sending, you must review the displayed recipient, subject, body, and attachment and decide whether you agree with the representation.

Your authorization

By selecting a Google account and submitting the form, you authorize the portal to send the displayed email once from that account. Nothing is sent until you provide the requested details, give consent, and press the send button.

Accurate and lawful use

You must use an account you are authorized to control and provide accurate information. You may not use the portal to impersonate another person, bypass the one-submission rule, interfere with the service, or send unlawful or unauthorized communications.

Availability and outcomes

The portal is provided for this representation campaign on an as-available basis. Delivery receipts and successful API responses do not guarantee that the recipient will read, accept, or act on the representation. Access may be limited or suspended to protect the portal and its users.
