Information we use

When you choose a Google account, Google provides this portal with your verified email address and a short-lived authorization token. The portal requests only the permission needed to send the approved representation from your Gmail account. We do not request your Gmail password, inbox, contacts, drafts, or email history.

When you submit the form, we record your name, consent time, delivery status, and a one-way fingerprint of your email address. The fingerprint is used to prevent duplicate submissions; the database does not store your email address in readable form.

How the information is used

Your information and Google authorization are used only to prepare and send the representation you review and approve. The email is sent only after you select an account, tick the consent box, and press the send button. A short-lived encrypted session is kept in your browser for no more than one hour and is cleared after a successful submission. The portal does not request or store a Google refresh token.

Service providers and recipients

Hostinger hosts the portal and its submission database. Google provides authentication and the Gmail API. The approved representation, attachment, your selected sender address, and any details included in the approved email are delivered to the recipient shown in the portal before you submit.

Retention and security

Submission records are retained only as needed to maintain the one-submission rule, document consent, and administer this representation campaign. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, including encrypted browser sessions, restricted OAuth credentials, HTTPS, and masked environment secrets.

You may request deletion of submission information associated with you by contacting the address below. We may retain only the minimum record required to prevent duplicate submissions or meet an applicable legal obligation.

Google API data

The portal's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
